Purpose of These Terms

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Please review the details of each offering thoroughly to ensure it meets your needs before committing. If you are uncertain, feel free to reach out before finalizing your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings or unmet expectations.

48-hour Cancellation Policy for Appointments

When you book a private appointment, I reserve that time for you. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment incur a charge of 50% of the booked service rate. This policy also applies to no-shows.

Should I need to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled at no penalty to you, subject to availability.
