Amanda Ling , MA, is a healing arts practitioner and author of ALIGN: Shift Chaos into Clarity and Calm, guiding individuals through overwhelm, change, and personal transformation.
With over two decades of experience across music, education, yoga, sound healing, and decluttering, she brings a multidisciplinary approach that blends creative modalities with practical strategies and wellness wisdom—both ancestral and modern.
Through her ALIGN framework, Amanda helps individuals and teams move from chaos to clarity, harmonising inner wellbeing with outer environments.
Rooted in lived, embodied experience, she has navigated these paths herself and now supports others in finding their way through periods of transition and transformation. Amanda has facilitated immersive sound journeys and integrated wellness workshops for festivals, corporations, retreats, and resorts worldwide.
