Through personal consultations with each client at the beginning of session, Amanda intuitively puts together the right combination of tones and techniques to address every individual’s specific needs to facilitate the natural healing processes of the body, mind and spirit. She is merely a conduit in facilitating the sounds, the vibrational resonance from each bowl “speaks” and “sings” uniquely to the individual’s multi-dimensional layers of self, harmonizing energies and creating deep experiences.

Ancient Tibetan Singing bowls will be placed around or on the body and played therapeutically to alleviate various body pains and aches, relieve stress, and help with harmonising and boosting the immune system. Through brainwave entrainment utilising sound, one can feel relaxed, gain clarity, and achieve a state of harmony. It can help Ground and Balance your auric and chakra fields.The deep healing vibration of the Singing bowls resonate and work from the cellular level to aid in the body’s natural healing process.
