  • Really great experience. Amanda is very knowledgeable and explained the different instruments and how and why they are used, how a sound bath works on the body and mind, and what to expect. There was time at the end for Q&A and advice on next steps. I have attended several sound baths (in person and one other virtual) and I was VERY impressed by this one. She's the first person who explained how sounds baths work (others I've been to they just start in without explanation). The sound quality was very good even over my old iPhone and ear buds. I could feel the vibrations of the bowls and went into a meditative state. It was super relaxing. Highly recommend! I will do this one again!
